1 min Pav bhaji recipe/super quick

Pav Bhaji Ingredients

  • Peas (frozen) 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Carrot 1

Steps

  • Take the above ingredients, add water Pressure cook for 3 whistles
  • Allow it to cool
  • Completely drain the water separately; save it for later
  • Mash the veggies
  • Take wide pan, add oil/butter
  • Fry 1 finely chopped onion fry them for a min
  • Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry them until raw smell disappears
  • Add 4 to 5 medium chopped tomatoes cook until soft
  • Add 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder & 1/2 tbsp Pav bhaji Masala powder
  • Now add mash veggies & little vegetable stock adjust the consistency cook for 3 to 5 mins ,
  • Finish off with chopped coriander
  • Ready to serve with toasted Pav with butter; Enjoy with finely chopped onions & lemon
