Pav Bhaji Ingredients
- Peas (frozen) 1 cup
- Potatoes 2
- Carrot 1
Steps
- Take the above ingredients, add water Pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Allow it to cool
- Completely drain the water separately; save it for later
- Mash the veggies
- Take wide pan, add oil/butter
- Fry 1 finely chopped onion fry them for a min
- Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry them until raw smell disappears
- Add 4 to 5 medium chopped tomatoes cook until soft
- Add 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder & 1/2 tbsp Pav bhaji Masala powder
- Now add mash veggies & little vegetable stock adjust the consistency cook for 3 to 5 mins ,
- Finish off with chopped coriander
- Ready to serve with toasted Pav with butter; Enjoy with finely chopped onions & lemon
