Neer Dosa is a very thin, lacy and delicious soft dosa made from rice batter. This is a popular food item from the coastal belt of Mangalore. Neer means “water” for water like consistency of the batter. This is very easy dish to make at home, at any point of time with any curry or chutney. Ahh !
